We’re a proud all-woman team, and proud of it. We’re lifelong creatives, each of us shaped by the joy of handmade play. We grew up in a time when crafts weren’t about perfection, but about connection. Our toys didn’t light up or need charging; they were sewn, glued, drawn, or dreamed up on the spot. Kids around us today are so often glued to screens, we knew we wanted to offer something different!
Gigglestitch began as a passion project inside a living room, with scraps of felt, a whole lot of laughter, and a deep desire to help kids fall in love with hands-on play again. What started at home quickly turned into something bigger—a brand rooted in creativity, care and connection.
Locally designed and manufactured in Egypt, every one of our felt sewing kits is created with imagination and intention. We wanted to make something simple, beautiful and full of meaning ;something children could make with their own hands and remember for years to come.
Gigglestitch isn’t just about crafting, it’s about growth. When a child picks up a needle and threads for the first time, they’re not just making a felt animal, they’re practicing focus, patience and problem-solving. They’re developing fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination and a sense of pride in creating something from scratch. They’re learning to slow down, to follow steps, to try again and most importantly, to believe in themselves.
